BEGINNERS:

You will need to learn specific techniques and exercises before you can participate in one of the scheduled classes. Be prompt and on time to allow for pre-class instruction during your warm up.

AND AGAIN IN THE AFTERNOON PRECISELY AT:

4:00PM

5:00PM

6:00PM


SATURDAY (lift day):

We offer only one CrossFit Group at:

9:00am.
